If you need to cancel an order, please reach out as soon as possible. Cancellations aren't available for items that have already been shipped.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out within 15 days of delivery. All orders must be sent back in their original condition.

Damages are rare, but if your order arrives broken, please send photos of the damaged item & package within 7 days of delivery.

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. This is not my full-time job, so I usually spend weekends creating & shipping orders.

Items ship via USPS with a tracking number & don’t include insurance. Typically delivery wihtin the US takes 3-5 business days.

If your order does not arrive within 10 business days of dispatch, please file a "delayed mail" complaint with USPS.

Everything in my shop is individually handmade when you place an order. While I try my best to keep each design as consistent as possible, slight variations in color, texture, & size may occur.

ITEMS WITH MORE DESIGN VARIATION

• Designs using raw crystals or pearls
• Designs utilizing cured UV resin
• Designs that were hand-painted

STEP 1
Wash & Dry Hands. Use Rubbing
Alcohol to remove oil from nails.

STEP 2
Trim cuticles & file the surface of your
nails, creating a rough surface for the glue

STEP 3
Match each nail to the right size.
Nails are numbered 0-9 under each nail.

STEP 4
Lay out in the order you’ll apply. Apply the
edge without the number to the cuticle.

STEP 5
Apply a layer of glue to your natural nail,
fully covering the entire surface.

STEP 6
Press down on each nail for at least
30 seconds to ensure a strong bond
