If you need to cancel an order, please reach out as soon as possible. Cancellations aren't available for items that have already been shipped.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out within 15 days of delivery. All orders must be sent back in their original condition.
Damages are rare, but if your order arrives broken, please send photos of the damaged item & package within 7 days of delivery.
Damages or losses that occur 3 days after delivery can't be refunded, however, I'm happy to send certain replacement parts for a fee.
Disconnected jump rings aren't covered as they are an easy fix. I don't have welding equipment, so parts do occaisionally slip off.
